Sports Collection - Super Deluxe

Chris' ("Super Deluxe's") collection features an assortment of primarily opened, primarily NFL Sports Picks. He has implemented a couple creative ideas to make his display memorable.

First, Super Deluxe has used the slat wood panels on the wall that are often used by MOMC collectors. Instead of putting pegs into the slats, he has used several acrylic shelves that are sized to hold a single figure. The front of each shelf curves down 90 degrees, creating a shelf faceplate and allowing a large label to be displayed beneath the figure.

Which leads to his second creative idea. It looks like Chris has cut the player's name out from the packaging insert and slid that into the faceplate. This adds a very polished and distinctive look to his display.

Above the slat walls Super Deluxe has created a row of unopened figures. I'm guessing he has mounted these to the walls with clear push pins.

The final result is very clean and organized, and showcases the figures very well. The nice thing about the display is that as the collection grows, Chris can simply move the existing shelves closer together to make more space.
