ToyQuest NFL Probots
Do
you remember in 2007 when FoxSports released the 12" figure of Cleatus, the
robot that appears on all the NFL broadcasts? Well, ToyQuest took that idea one
step further and created a series of NFL Professional Robots, or Probots, action
figures featuring "automated" versions of the NFL's top players.
So
who is ToyQuest? ToyQuest designs, develops and markets proprietary toys and toys
licensed from popular intellectual properties including Disney, Nickelodeon, Warner
Brothers, Sesame Street, Jeep, Spider-man 3, and many others. They are the industry
leader in outdoor, seasonal products; most notable for their popular brand, BANZAI
and their unique designs in constant air and flat water slides.
ToyQuest
released their new NFL Probots sports action figures in time for the 2008 holiday
season.
These eight inch figures are officially licensed with the National
Football League and the NFL Players Inc. Ten different players were sold at Kay-Bee
and Toy R Us stores nationwide.
The NFL Probots are fully articulated and
feature a unique "flip head" mechanism that switches between the head
of the player and their helmeted robot alter egos.

second series is planned for Fall, 2009.
